HOW TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT MAYBANK AND MAYBANK 2U.COM

WEDNESDAY, 21 JULY 2010 -

Our lecturer, Mr. Miswan bin Surip ask the student who do not have an account to open a Maybank account to make sure we can explore deeply about forex. So, after e-commerce class, we go to Maybank to open the account. So, below is the step that we follow to open the account:

1. Photostat identity card. For this, we use identity card of one of our member that is Nurhazirah binti Haris Fadzillah.

2. Then, we go to the counter to make transaction with the staff of Maybank.

3. Hazirah fill the form about her information. Then, the staff key in the information about Hazirah into the Maybank database and she print out that form for the office use. The staff also give the ATM card to Hazirah.

4. After that, we bank in the deposit money about RM250 into the Hazirah's account.

5. Before we log in to Maybank 2u, we have to change the PIN number.

Below is the step for us to change the PIN number:

- Insert Maybankcard Bankcard

- Select language

- Key in the ATM Pin

- Select "PIN change"

-Enter your own choice of 6 digits Pin

-Please confirm your 6 digits as new Pin

-Once your transaction is completed, remove your card and use your new PIN for next transaction.

6. Then, our next step is registering Maybank 2u.

7. To register Maybank 2u, we need to use the ATM machine.

The following step is how to register Maybank 2u:

-Customer insert the ATM card and key in the PIN number

-Select Maybank 2U/PB application

-Key in your own 6 digits Maybank2U.com PIN number.

-Key in the same PIN number again to confirm.

8. Next, we have also register Maybank2U through the website.

The step is:

-Go to www.Maybank2U.com

-Select log in, continued by log in for new users

-Read the term and condition terms carefully and click on the "Accept" button

-The Welcome page will appear.

-In the access number field, enter the ATM card number that you key in when you apply for your Maybank2U.com PIN at the ATM

-Enter the 6 digits Maybank2U.com PIN that you selected and click "Activate"

-A new log in screen will appear. Select your preferred username and password.
